  • Messages: the content of text messages you send to and receive from your AI companion.

  • send you text messages from your AI companion and reply to your messages;
  • remember your conversation so your companion can respond in context;

AI processing of messages

Your companion is an AI, not a real person. To generate replies, the messages you send are processed by automated artificial intelligence systems, which may include third-party AI service providers acting on our behalf. These providers process messages only to generate responses for the Service and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing. Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as financial account numbers or health information) in your messages.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as our text messaging provider, hosting provider and AI provider), and only as needed to provide the Service, or when required by law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We keep your name, phone number and messages for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to operate the Service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.
